The Sign-Up Process for Scheduling
In an effort to ensure fairness and accessibility for everyone, we are introducing a new sign-up system for scheduling that will operate on a random draw basis, rather than the traditional first-come, first-served method. This change aims to provide all participants with an equal chance to secure their preferred dates.
How It Works
Starting on July 15, individuals interested in signing up can submit their names along with their preferred days directly on this website. To accommodate personal schedules and preferences, we are allowing participants to choose preferred days as long as they are sequential days.
To streamline the process and maximize your chances of getting a slot that fits your schedule, we request that each participant selects their top three preferences: a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choice of day blocks (no more than 7 days in each block). This method ensures that if your first choice is not available, you still have a higher likelihood of getting one of your next preferred options. this is all part of the form that can be filled out below under your preferred WMU.
The Selection Process
Between August 4th - 10th, we will conduct a random draw to assign days according to the preferences listed. All participants have an equal opportunity to receive their preferred dates.
Next Steps
Once the draw is complete, participants will be notified via email about their assigned days. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we implement this new system. Our goal is to make the sign-up process as smooth and manageable as possible.
